What education and/or training do BMD instructors?

Bobby Milhouse graduated from Manatee School for the Arts, Florida School of the Arts, and New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. He’s a long standing member of Spats Cats performing dance troupe based out of Southern Florida. He’s also choreographed and/or performed in Florida, New York City, Nor Cal, and Los Angeles.

As BMD grows, Bobby commits to entrusting only high caliber instructors who have thorough training and experience, as well as a commitment to valuing people and supporting their growth.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types! From those who proclaim to have two left feet to the folks seeking a few new moves for their weekly nights out dancing. From influencers to teachers, teenagers to grandparents, whether for cultural appreciation events or high school dances, we’ve had the pleasure of working with people from all walks of life with a array of previous dance experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Listed prices are a base. Additional fees may include travel and studio fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours are subject to partial refund. This is often due to studio reservations.

Special circumstances involving multiple couples (big events, group numbers, quinceañeras, wedding party dances, etc.) allow for negotiable prices.

How do you approach instructing dance to those less experienced?

With ample amounts of encouragement and patience. If you come ready to try, there is no way we will not succeed. Every lesson should be a fun lesson, one that you walk away feeling accomplished, challenged, and excited to come back for more!
